Diaries

Rhonda Miller

In 1990 I held the title of Miss Rodeo Canada. It was a year filled with many experiences. In the fall of 1991 I was married to Dr. Don Miller and together we run Sundown Livestock Transplants Ltd., specializing in embryo transfer and artificial insemination of cattle and horses. We have two sons, Aaron (14) and Chase (11) who are involved in our business as well as being avid showmen of both show steer and heifer prospects. They also successfully compete with reiners and cowhorses. We own land near Cremona, Alberta and raise show cattle and performance horses.

For the past thirteen years I have trained and shown reining horses and recently became more involved with cutting and working cowhorse events. In 2001 I became a NHRA judge and have had the good fortune to judge many horse shows throughout the world.
